Good evening to all!

Go figure that I miss my school kiddos already!

I hope everyone is doing well. We got more guidance on what is expected and creating a Google Classroom is not required. I would like to play with it, but for now there is no worry about uploading any assignments. Simply do the electronic ones, watch suggested videos (and share ones you find on your own), and use your textbook for extra practice on the topics. You may ask questions about the textbook or anything else during my virtual office hours.

Here are the highlights for March 16 – 22, 2020.

Complete the following assignments by Sunday, March 22nd. There is a total of 20 multiple choice questions, a free response and a matching activity.

USA TestPrep - SP.4 Display Numerical Data (10 questions)
USA TestPrep - SP.2 Math 6 Understanding Data Distribution (10 questions)
USA TestPrep - SP.5d Relating measures to shape of Data Distribution (free response question and performance task)

Use Khan Academy and other online resources to review videos to help with the assignments.

Classifying shapes of displays and describing distribution (there is practice after each video on this Khan Academy link).

*Review the Box Plot notes attached and the Unit 6: Statistics Vocabulary located in the Unit 6: Statistics folder (on the blog).

Also, complete the interactive lessons and practice below to help with understanding box plots. I love this braining camp activity!! After you do the lesson try out the other activities for Box Plot.
